About Us

Our Club got its start in 1982 as the North Dallas Modular Railroad Club. For the first two years the Club operated out of members' homes. Over the next several years the Club occupied five different locations around the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. In late 2016, the Club moved to the Collin Creek Mall in Plano, Texas. Due to the planned redevelopment of the mall property in 2019 we relocated to our current home at 11999 Plano Road, Suite 154, Dallas, TX 75243 and currently have over 80 active members.

The club has regular scheduled operating sessions on Tuesday nights, layout work nights on Thursday nights, and monthly business meetings on the first Thursday of each month. Visitors are welcome any time by appointment or feel free to drop in most Saturdays and Sundays around mid-day to early afternoon.

We are an IRS 501(c)(3) organization and are accepting tax-deductible donations that can be earmarked for special projects, our building fund, or general operating funds.
